The participants are hosted to the sugar factory in Tirlemont. We open you the doors of a very modern kitchen in the factory. The kitchen is in place since 2012.
During an activity with our chefs, you discover the sleight of hand of the professionals of the world of cooking. We organize a cooking lesson with Johan Engelen who won the price of the best “Chef amateur” in 2010. Johan is assisted by Valère Peeters ( known as the master of the restaurant “Terrae”). Johan transmits his passion of cooking and Valère introduces you in the world of Italian wine.
